Carolyn DeRieux is a BASI Mat & Reformer Pilates Teacher. She is an RN and has been teaching group fitness for as long as she has been nursing. She discovered Pilates & Barre in her 20s at The Fitness Center at South Shore Harbor in League City, TX, where she trained under PMA qualified instructors. She believes in not only the physical values of fitness, but also the mental benefits. She has danced all her life, and after a car wreck ended her dance career as a Texas State Strutter, Carolyn leaned into fitness to recover both mentally and physically. Pilates has become Carolyn’s movement of choice, because it incorporates controlled, flowing movements with breath and body awareness - fantastic for the mind/body connection. When she is not working, she likes spending time outside at home with her husband and sons.

I’m Tami Martin, and I’ve been proudly serving as a Registered Nurse since 2004. When I’m not caring for patients or chasing after my three wonderful kids (including my boy—girl twins!), you can find me lacing up my running shoes, organizing a group workout, or planning my next big fitness adventure.   I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, resilient, and confident—inside and out. My background as a nurse helps me understand anatomy, injury prevention, and recovery. My personal training expertise fuels customized weight and conditioning programs and my Mat Pilates training ensures you develop core stability, mobility, and grace under pressure. Whether you’re a busy parent juggling life’s demands, an athlete chasing a new personal best, or someone taking the first step toward fitness, I’m here to guide, motivate, and celebrate every milestone. Let’s get stronger—together!

Autumn holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance Performance and Choreography from Stephen F. Austin State University and brings a unique approach to Pilates through her signature method, Aligned by Autumn. Her classes blend breath, mind-body connection, and dance conditioning, drawing from principles of BASI Pilates. She focuses on steady, intentional breathing to support pacing, reduce tension, and create a balanced, full-body experience while building strength, flexibility, and mobility. Her goal is to help every client feel confident and at home in their body.

Tracy Moss is a physical therapist and Pilates instructor training through BASI. She has a passion for understanding how the body moves, adapts, and performs at its best. With her background in physical therapy, she brings an approach that is grounded in biomechanics and movement science. She loves the classical foundation of Pilates for its blend of intentional movement, breathwork, control and alignment, and the way it supports a body moving well at any age or fitness level!
